Exchange 2k email problem

OK we have set up the pop box for exchange to forward emails to peoples exchange accounts e.g

barry@accountants.co.uk forwards to barry@accountants.lan locally

The problem we have is we dont know how to set exchange up to forward all the email’s that arrive for unknown people, e.g

sadadsafasdz@accountants.co.uk forwards to Adminitstrator’s email account on the server.

Catch my drift?

Please help, im at my wits end!
