Exchange 2k installing in Cluster

We’re installing Exchange 2k in a cluster and we’re stuck at the 2nd server
configuration. We have succesfully created all resources and the /Forestprep
setup of the first server. Then trying 2 repeat exactly same steps on 2nd server,
when we create the resource system attendant it prompts error 0xc0070005 access
denied win32. Diving 4 an answer in Knowledge db there was a reference saying
this is due 2 the servers pointing 2 different domain controllers but we don’t
really believedthis is the cause. Would anybody help us solving this ???? Thanks
