exchange 2k win2k 1 server needs reload

hey all,

I have :
1 Server with Exhcnage 2000 and win2k

becasue of the nature of volunteer IT support and loack of documentation I have decided to reload it from scratch.

the server has approximatlly 100 users with mailboxes.

I want to reload the serve but preserve the user data and the m,ailboxes without having to resetup all of them manually.

how would this be possible? using the least resources possible
