I need to keep track of all e-mails (to and from) between our clients and about 11 salespeople. Basically, I would like all incoming/outgoing e-mails between clients and salespll to go through one person, bob.
Now I know that I can have e-mailsreceived by our salesppl also received by bob (specify alternate recepient), but how do I have copies of e-mails sent by our salesppl to clients also sent to that one person automatically? (other than specifying in bcc:, obviously).
