Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 97

On a Windows 2000 workstation running Outlook 97, two workstations received the error message “OUTLOOK.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. Error log is being created.” I receive this message from any workstation in the domain when I log on with the two user account names.

I have created a new Exchange account for each user, although we still get the message. In addition, there are no error logs created on the workstations or Server although the message states one has been created. Since this occurs at different workstations, it is not a local software issue, so I tend to believe it is related to the user accounts. Any suggestions?
