Exchange 5.5- Client hangs

I am running exchange 5.5 on a Windows2000 Machine. We had a power sag and half my network came down. Outlook97/2000 works fine on the computers I connected to echange B4 this power sag. Any Outlook97 I have tried to connect afterwords takes 5 mins to connect to the Exchange server. Outlook 2000 on the computers I have added after will not connect at all. I have brought down my entire network and brought it back up and it still is slow will not connect for those computers that I have formatted after the sag. Any Ideas?
