Exchange 5.5: Exporting Address Book

I am trying to export the address book from Exchange 5.5, when I do all I get is the Recipients name and email address. What I would like to do is export all vital information, including: Office, City – State, Company name, etc. I havent found anything in the help or in the few books I have on Exchange 5.5. Is there a way to do this?
