Exchange 5.5 Server Question

Don’t know if this is the right channel, but anyway here it is:

We just acquired a SAN box with lots of HDDS in it. We plan to consolidate all ISPRIV, ISPUB & DS of several MSExch5.5 servers into one ISPRIV, ISPUB & DS respectively and into one location. Is there a procedure in doing this? Is this possible?
The intention was to have 1 x ISPRIV.edb, 1 x ISPUB.EDB respectively into one location.
