Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000

I currently have a Windows NT 4.0 machine running Exchange 5.5. I want to purchase a new machine that will run Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000. What is the best way to get my Exchange 5.5 data over to the Windows 2000 machine?
