Exchange 5.5 w/ SP4

I am currently running Exchange 5.5 with SP4. On Tuesday we had a power cut an dthe server crashed. I have managed to repair the priv.edb but not the pub.edb. I decided to create a new pub.edb and get the server back in action again.

Every time I start the MTA the store.exe process cause the CPU to max at 100 and fall over.

Any ideas?
