Exchange Crash

Hi Guys,
This is alot of points, and I need you to be very itemized in your answers.
Exchange crased with the Store using 99 percent of the cpu, I treid everything that microsoft states in the articles and finally ran isinteg -fix -pri and -pub,well this crashed the database. And the store errors out now
