Exchange Distro List “Send on behalf of”

I have a group of people in the “Client Services” department. They all need to be able to send FROM the “ClientServices” mailbox WITHOUT the return address being “ClientServices sent on behalf of “…HOW do I do that? I know it’s possible, where are the settings?!
