Exchange – IP Addressing Issue

If we use DHCP to lease IP address within a specified range the PC’s will reluctantly or not at all connect via Outlook to the exchange (MS SBS 4.5) If we use a static IP address it works!!!

I have removed all DHCP and reinstalled to the same effect
