exchange migration

I have foud everything but what I need. I just want to be able to migrate mail boxes from the existing 5.5 sit to the newly created 2000 exchange but it seems there is no answer to how to use or configure a site connector or X400 connector to be able to move these boxes. Cisco boy gave me an answer but I needed his phone or email to understand. I am new at exchange and this is driving me crazy. I have both a 5.5 and a new exchange 2000 site I want to migrate mail boxes from 5.5 to 2000. I have run the ADC on both AD and exchange. When I try to connect I get an error that tells me communication error. Someone or CiscoBoy please email me back. Dmiller@finsys.com
