Exchange Relaying

I i’m trying to avoid being black listed by stopping Exchange 2000 relaying. I have disabled the relaying feature in the exchange 2000 virtual server that i have created. but when my ISP runs a test i still shows that my server is relaying.
This seems to be a problem that a couple of my support freinds have recieved too. Any suggestions
