Exchange Server 5.5

I’ve just assumed responsiblity for an Exchange Server, yet I’m not an Exchange expert. Currently, our exchange server has two hds, one has C/D drive which is maxed out and the second hd (10GB) is free. How can I move the master mail database to the second hd? How do I mapped this drive so that my users are unaware of the change?
