exchange server 5.5 database

I am getting 1018 errors showing in my event viewer. I have checked and all hard drives are fine. I believe my database is corrupted. I have tried the eseutil /d tool and I received errors trying to defrag the database. I ran the eseutil /g and got errors in the integrity check. I believe the corruption is with a particular mailbox. I backed up the mailbox data into a personal folder and then tried to delete the original mailbox, create an identical one and then restore from my personal folders backup. The problem is now I can’t delete the original mailbox. I am getting a read checksum error. Please advise
