Exchange Server and proxy 2.0

On a sbs4.5 with exchange 5.5 sp2.0 and proxy 2.0 with one lan card and to dial-up connections (one for mail, one for Internet) is allways the internet browser on the client blocked if the mail connector from exchange is dialing.
How to configure this?
