Exchange Server backup

Hi everyone,

I’d like to be able to backup my Exchange 5.5 server over the network using ntbackup with win2k and a tape drive, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do it. My exchange server is running NT 4, and I want to run the backup on a Win2k machine. Supposidly when I go into the backup program, the help says to click on the Microsoft Exchange icon, but there is none there. I even browse to the server in that box, and it does not show up. Is there a manual way to do it, or does your exchange server have to have a certain service pack? Any help would be appreciated!
