Exchange Server Dialin

When my users dial in to my exchange server they get the IP address of the exchange server. At least this is what it looks like. When I look in my wins database the entries for that dial in session is the exchange server address. Is this correct orshould it be getting another address assigned. I am using dhcp but have the exchange server address excluded.
