Exchange Server Need Rebooting

I am runnig the exchange 5.5. It has been working fine. After applying the sp4, every morning the exchange server need to reboot before users can gain access the mail servises. On the client side, we are using w2k professional with outlook 2000. Please advise what could have caused this problem. Your help is most appreciated.
