Exchange Server on NT4

I am running MS Exchange Server 5.5 on an NT 4.0 SP6 platform and would like to add my company’s url to all email sent by our company. I know I can add a signature to Outlook but I would like to be able to centrally control the signature from the server.

Can anyone tell me how I can do this???
