Exchange server restore

Hello, Does anyone know how to restore contacts list and calendar after restoring exchange from backup? My server crashed and I restored exchange from backup using Veritas Backup Exec, all of the mailboxed were restored but not the contacts lists orcalendars. Can someone help Please!!!!!
