Exchange settings

I have a Exchange 2000 that was already setup before I came here and I can’t find the answer to a problem I am having with the calender and meetings. We are on a single server and our receptionist is set up as a reviewer and everyone has the permissions to look at everyones calender. Here is the problem, it all works fine except we can only see one month in the future on everyone else’s calender. We have the latest and greatest updates for Outlook. I thought there must be a setting for that, but can’t find anything.
