Exchange with remote SMTP

We are changing ISP. The new ISP will block most ports. We use Exchange for corporate e-mail. They will provide an account that will hold all e-mail for our domain. Can I pickup the inbound e-mail automatically? Can I automatically send e-mail through the ISP account? They will host the website and DNS for our domain. Thanks in advance
