Exchange5.5 on Win2k

The problem im having right now is that my exchange clients are not recieving any internet email but can send email out. The problem seems like it started when i installed exchange on another server and joined the first exhange server. None of themail im sending externaly is bouncing back with a NDR which leads me to belive that the mail is being received by exchange but not sorted out.

Probally a simple setting or somthing, any suggestions? Thanks.
