explorer 5.5 problems

Hi I need help on something bad that happen and its a pain the in a.s…s ok when I’m in hotmail web site and click on next to read next message this box opens and nothing on it blank window and I can not scrool down in the main window intell I closed this new window the page in back ground stops loadding intell I close this new window with nothing on it just ? x so where is this problem at for explorer 5.5 in my internet opitions but from there where at now.plus I mess with that internet opitions and now just def level to see if it stops and nope the box still comes up nothing on it and other sites also
