explorer 6.0 won’t connect to the net

When I launch explorer 6.0 it displays a page saying the page cannot be displayed. I am connected to DSL and have no problems with netscape connecting. Also it says cannot find server or DNS error. It had been opening but quit all of a sudden. I would appreciate any help.
