Explorer caused an invalid page fault

Every time I boot up my PC when windows starts. I get the “Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module unknown at 0000:1000240.

I looke at micrsofts support page and they dont have any thing certain that can resolve this.
Any ideas or tips would be appreciated.
