Explorer Keeps Shutting Down

I’m Working on Win2K-Pro. about 30 times a day when I’m working in an Explorer window, copying, or pasting or right clicking, I receive the message “explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You need to restart the program. Anerror log is being created.” The title bar contains “Program Error”. The following is the entry in the Event Viewer.
