Export the SAM Databse-NT4.0

I need to Export the SAM database on an NT 4.0 server to a network drive on the same server.

This LAN has only the 1 server,No Tape drive, no WAN connections and about 5 NT workstations.One of the workstations has a CD Burner

Using the existing hardware & without having to purchase a tape drive I need to set it up so that the SAM database is exported automatically on a daily basis to a network share on the server.Then for backup purposes a user will burn the exported SAM database with anyother data that is created on the day to a CD Rom

Can someone please help asap
