Extend Raid 5 partition

I had 3 disks in a hardware Raid 5. I have added a 4th disk. I have rebuilt the array and can see the additional space. On the array I have 4 GB for drive C: and the rest was drive D: I now want to add the additional space to D:. Can I do this without deleting D:, recreating the partition and restoring the data? I am running NT 4.0 with SP6a.
