Extend space on WinXP partition

My hard drive is 10G,C partition is only 2G and formatted with FAT,with WinXP. D partition is 8G. Now free space on C is low (150M). I would like to increase free space on C drive by reclaiming some free space on D drive. I’ve tried Partition Magic 7.0 to do the job but failed. Any helps please??????
