External Hard Drive

I had a desktop PC and the motherboard crashed. I removed the hard drive and connected to my laptop with a USB Enclosure.

How do I access the locked administrator folders? They are locked from the desktop Administrator ID. When I start up the laptop – I don’t have permission to open folders.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
