Extracing Information From Memory.dmp

I read an article a while back, probably for NT4 that dumpchk checks its integrity and dumpexam will show the information (dumpexam isn’t in the W2K Support folder). Also read how to use Debug.exe and symbol files (NT4).
1. Is using debug.exe the same in 2000?
2. What is the 2000 equivalent of dumpexam?
