Extra.exe Application error

In Windows NT 4.0 I recently installed an HP laserjet 1100 printer.

Every time I try to print from the app Extra personal client running an AS400 session.

An error message comes up:
“Extra.exe
The instruction at “0x00000000” referenced memory at “0x00000000” The memory
could not be “read”.

Click ok to terminate the application.
Click on CANCEL to debug the application.

If I click cancel the drwatson debugger comes up and just hangs there and does nothing.

If ok is clicked, it just kills the application.

any ideas or suggestions?
