Extremely delayed startup!

Well. I have NO idea what caused this as ive made no changes to windows minus installing / uninstalling some smaller applications such as some windows powertoys and an overclocking utility which i soon uninstalled after installing it.

Many startup items such as my anti-virus, ad-aware adwatch, and even the sound icon take up to a half an hour to an hour to finally show up in the bottom right hand corner! Thing is, my computer acts as if everythign is loaded. it runs fine, i cant hear it loading anything. Yet these apps just wotn start up! RAWR!

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
