Fail to boot up!

Hi!Today when i power up my PC,it goes into ‘SAFE MODE MENU’.After i select ‘SAFE MODE’, i briefly see WINDOWS 98 banner.But what come up next is the message :’While initializing device VTD.Windows protection error.You need to restart your computer.” Then,the cursor blips endlessly.

When i followed the instruction,it happen again,but this time the message “……device NTKERN,…” appeared instead.

Could anyone tell me what seems to be the problem?Thank you.
