“Failed to find server”

After I logon to the internet through my ISP, I see the connection made, Logged on, opening page and then…connecting to 127.0.0.1? “Failed to find server.” Have recent windows download (upgrade) and have both BlackIce and McAfee Anti-virus. Internet settings not changed. Dynamic settings. Any suggestions? Appreciate the help!
