Failed to install catalog files

I am running a WIN2K Server. I recieve the above error after trying to install SP2. I have gone on the Msoft sight to find the workaround, which I found and tried but none of their recommendations work. Is there a way any of you know of? This is very inportant as this server is running IIS 5 and without SP2 I cannot install the Code Red patch!
