Failure To Connect To Server:

I have Win2K, IE6 & IIS 5.0 on my development box. I installed the latest patch for IE6, and immediately my IIS 5.0 quit working. When I try to call a webpage via localhost or 127.0.0.1, I get an error message; “Failure to connect to web server”.This is true for any browser. The Services appears to be working. But it won’t serve web pages – html, cgi, . . . nothing. What do I do now?
