Faster Logon

Hi,
I have a client that is complaining about his logon times with his WindowsXP pro desktop. I have tried searching Technet for an answer to this issue but have had no luck. The XP station logs on to a Windows 2000 Advanced server. Does anybodyhave any ideas as how to speed up logons to the domain?
