Fatal exception 0E 0028:C152F33E in VXD VTDI(01)

Does anyone have ideas to the cause of this error. I’m using a Tosh Salellite 4070CDS with a Xircom 10/100 PC card connected to a TCP/IP – IPX multi-host network. Novell, SCO & Windows etc. Although I get fatal exception system appears to be stable after pressing space bar with all applications still running. I can’t find anything on MS tech support except for duplicate VTDI.386 & I only have one copy of this file in c:\windows\system
