Fatal Exception at 045f.00002a69

Does anyone have any input on this?
Removed & replaced all cards, memory, power supply, cdrom, floppy. Moved PC to different location, with Windows 98, 128ram, and tried to reinstall windows with same fatal exception each time. Tested the mainboard with AMIDIAG, passed all.
