Fatal Exception Error on Shutdown

I have a customers PC that keeps giving a Fatal Exception error on shutdown. The error is:
“A fatal exception 0E has occured at 0028:C02A27A8 in VXD VWIN32(05) + 000012D0”.

On other information pages about the vwin32.vxd and its related vmm32.vxd I have seen it linked to everything from Clean Sweep and Internet Explorer to Iomege zip drives and MS-DOS. I have found a number of error codes, but not my specific one. Is there a master list somewhere that refernces all of the various fatal exception error codes. or can someone help me identifiy the source of this error code?
