FATAL EXCEPTION ERRORS

I have been getting a number of different fatal errors on my computer in the last 4 months.
When this happens I have to reboot to start using the computer again. Here is an example of one of the error messages (A Fatal Exception OE has occured at 0028:FF060DC3 in VXD Viadio(03)00002943 application will be terminated. There are many different messages. I wonder if it is some corrupt software or file or driver. Please help.
