Faulting Application

I’m keep getting this following error message:

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x026be2bf.

and/or

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem? It’s very annoying.
