Faulty Microsoft Virtual Machine

I have been trying to get my computer to download a new Microsoft Virtulal Machine, but it keeps cancelling it out. I tried removing everything that was related to M.V.M. but still no results. I’m at my wits end trying to figure out what I should be doing. Can’t get into so many sites without this on my computer. Can you help me?
