Favourites folder

I have a partitioned system with 3 OS, win98 win2k and XP. All have seperate drives but all have access to the E drive which acts as a kind of share fot the OS. I want my default location for the favourites folder to be in this drive so that no matter what OS i am surfing on i can get to all my favourites in one location and save them without hassle of moving files.
