FAX !?!?!?!?!?!?!

How do i send fax with Windows ME … when i had win98 … i installed fax like this :
\tools\oldwin95\message\int\awfax …. now i tried it again …..but does not work…..

before the installtion it says this is not compatible … windows willnot install the following service !
